LZD Metal Tube Rotameter

Specifications and varieties are complete, including spot indication type, electric transmission type, corrosion resistant type, clamping type, damping type, alarm and explosion-proof type.

Metal tube rotameter, and glass tube float flowmeter working principle is basically the same, are based on the variable area method to measure the flow of fluid. When the fluid flows through the conical metal tube, the float will be subject to the upward thrust of the fluid. As the flow rate increases, the height of the float rising in the tube also increases. By measuring the height of the float inside the tube, the corresponding flow rate value can be derived.

Framework

  • Conical metal tube: The material of the conical metal tube is usually stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant materials, selected according to the characteristics of the medium.
  • Float: Float is generally made of magnetic material to realize the non-contact signal transmission with the external indicating device.
  • Magnetic coupling device: the float position changes into an electrical signal, for remote transmission and display.
  • Indicator or Transmitter: Displays or outputs the measured flow value.
