Industrial Water Ozone Generator
The Apure Industrial Water Ozone Generator produces ozone gas on site for use in a water treatment process. Select the generator with the equipment that transfers ozone into the water.
- On-site ozone generation
- Feed air preparation
- Output and cooling matched to the application
From ozone generation to water treatment
An electrical discharge converts some of the oxygen in the prepared feed gas into ozone. An injector or contactor then transfers ozone from the gas into the water. Treatment performance depends on water quality, ozone demand, mixing and contact time.
Sizing and operating conditions
Provide the minimum and maximum water flow, water quality, treatment goal and site utilities. Specify the generator output and gas concentration at the intended feed-gas and cooling conditions. Confirm which feed-air equipment, controls and cooling components are included in the ordered unit.
Handling ozone off-gas
Account for unabsorbed ozone from the contactor. Plan off-gas destruction, ventilation and ambient ozone monitoring for the installation. Verify the treatment performance at the intended flow and water quality.
Equipment and component illustrations
The table retains the previously published output figures. Values in g/h are mass output, separate from gas concentration and dissolved ozone in water. Confirm the output of the exact unit, the feed gas and gas concentration at the rated condition, and which cooling version is offered.
